Okay how do I log out of my current account to access my other DN account. Does any one knows?

You have to manually quit the game then reopen dragonnest then enter the account info of the other account.

There's a login screen in the beginning. Just log in to your other account.
No idea about steam, but can't you just log on to your other steam account?
