Make a event that increases enhancing rate by maybe 10%? Include L grade in there as well so it effects everything.

Bump! I hope some GM notices this post. ( I bumped because the post got pushed back quick ) -
last time they did that it was 10% of THE CURRENT rate... not Flat%, so it was kinda useless

As stated by Axxon, these rates are never a flat increase, so therefore it is no help unless they make a "2x enhancing rate". Nonetheless, the amount of people running around in +12 RDN L's is already too high and I don't want anymore.Comment
