question on max level event

Not sure about the 1 char per account part but I'm sure you're right about it being new characters only. I'll be going for this but will take me a few days considering I'm ultra slow.

Max level event works for all newly created characters. I have made multiple characters all sent the event box.

1) all charas made after the 29th get the box until the event is removed (prob gona be removed in next month's patch)
2) no limit per account
3) jelly and birds are only 30 days
4) box does not expire once collected from mail (unless gm's remove it manually after patch)

Its a pretty nice little gift if they don't plan to delete unopened boxes after they remove the event so I advice any classes you wanted/will want you get now and let them have free perm mount/wings once their cap. Not like the Nexon lvl events we had where the box disappeared if you couldn't cap in time.

oh the lvl 93 box that has perm mount, wings, tail, decal..etc doesn't have time limit? But the costume coupon is one per account though right?

correct. Box has no expiration date on it. Items inside the box and the box itself are all bound to the character who receives them (cannot be server storage).

And yes the costume coupon goes to only 1 chara and is only good for 1 costume. and only 1 color option for each costume. (so say you want the march set you can only have golden march set not the other colors of it) meaning it is only 1 per account.

Just would like to ask one more thing, is the 200% exp scroll given as part of the event, or do all characters receive it when you start out?

that's always been a thing for starting out so I don't think its part of the event. I forgot it even was a thing until you mentioned it.

Not really unless your class has an Awakening form. In that case you get the coupon to get the Awakening outfit. Just be sure to not open the box that contains the actual coupon if you don't have money, as the coupon will expire in 7 days. The outfit is around 29,000 in whatever points.

Dont have exact stats but I know the set cannot be server storaged. I belive the stats are the same as 8 set rare wings (similar to the 1st rare wings??) but dont quote me on that yet. I am still lvling my 1-93 chara so cant check stats for 100% accuracy yet but I know ive seen a few people have them already.
