Problem about awakening quest

I am a Barbarian and doing awakening quest now, it is said that I have to collect insulating cloths in Zephria Plains and Discarded metal in Badland. And I have passed several time of these 2 Dungeon, but it still shows I didn't collect anything. How to complete this?

For some reason it works when you do it in master difficulty. It took one try for me in master.

Pretty sure its due to the fact that all other version of dn had abyss removed when awakening came out. So that why they program to have only master be able to collect material maybe
