NxA players rewards???

I transferred from NxA, and apparently there are rewards for those players, but I have to idea how to claim them or what "coupons" they are talking about. I logged into my characters and got no coupons or anything? How is this supposed to work?

check on the left side of the quick slot you'll see 1 or 2 small rectangle or envelope that has exclamation mark on it. Click that and claim the rewards. The coupon is probably for the 3 different free full set costumes which you can make a choice from; you can press F11 in town to get to the cash shop and get them.
