Apparently there's an enhancement event right now. I have everything at tier 1 Medea +10. Which piece should I enhance first? And should I use jellies or no?

I always prioritize weapons. And of course use jellies if you can't immediately replace what you might lose. -
Well, I personally like to use this order, Main weapon, secondary weapon , Top/Bottom, Headgear and either, Gloves/Shoes, regarding to your question about using jellies or no, I would recommend to use jellies from +10 to +18 (if tier 1) , to the next levels go with hammers, if it were tier 2, i would recommend go with hammers all the way beyond +10 (it takes 60 jellies per try when it's tier 2).
