non-equip equipment are breakable?

So I notice the equipment I have on my bag seems to be breaking for no good reason. Its this normal where I missed a update about it or is it a bug?

Gear In my inventory has been breaking, unknown if it is intended, It happens quite slow though so oh well.

I believe this happens when you die. It can also happen if you leave dungeons early. If this is intended or a bug.. Sorry i can't tell you. It's been happening for as long as i can remember. (started in beta)

Easy fix, put your "spare" gear you plan on keeping in your personal storage or server storage, not in the adventure bag. You'll notice it happen when as above you die or leave early (there might be other sources to this problem as well), the repair cost prompt that comes up after every dung/nest run shows two values, repair gear equipped and repair all gear. If repair equipped gear isn't the same as all gear then the "bug" happened but if you simply put your extras in the proper storage, you won't have to waste gold. (it's not much tbh but I agree it can be annoying)
