lvl 93 dragon gems and plates?

What would be the best way to farm lvl 93 dragon gems and plates?

Gems are from lvl 90 dungeons (red waste/black lake/ swamp) on Abyss and tkn/ tkn hc

Plates are harder since you have tkn, goddess laments, i think arena and nightmare which are like 1 a week.

That's what I thought but the lvl 93 gems just never dropped in abyss for me.... Is it that rare?

They're in the gold boxes after the end of the dungeon. Since there are other drops, they are hard to come by if your rng is shit. I'm mean personally, it took me a week to even see a Theano Glove in a box (Both mine and party members) let alone get one.

They are pretty cheap on the market now 40-80g depending on the gem
