I am not that new actually. I have been playing for a little over a year and have posted less than 10 times in the forums, but I wanted to say hi. So, Hi!
By the way, I heard you need 104k to start doing nests, I want to do RDN. Can someone help me out please?

Hello

You don't need 104k to do anything if you're being carried/taught.

If you wanted to be prepared and contribute as a team player then:

ABN/Mant/Daidalus - If you can do level 93 dungeons on abyss then you can do these.

RDN - 90k+ Ice converted for HC is preferred
DDN HC/TKN HC - 100k+ any ele converted damage
IDN 4 man HC/8 man abyss - 130k-150k+ (depending on class and what the raid leader wants etc)

If you're carrying, you're obviously going to need more damage or suffer super long runs. If you're being carried then it doesn't really matter what damage you have. If you're in a well balanced party and everyone has those damage numbers or higher, you'll find that you can clear efficiently and quickly . You can make do with less stats if you have awesome skills but your clear runs will take awhile and you run the risk of failing a lot of DPS checks in certain nests/raids.

What you wrote is very helpful. I have a question. When you say element converted damage, what do you mean?

Converting in this game is for neutral characters only, it puts whatever element on your skills of that of the conversion gem. For example: you have a fire conversion gem, you put it into your main weapon, now all of your neutral skills are fire. Remember only neutral characters/classes can convert and only their neutral skills can be converted. Skills with a preset element on them can not be converted to any other element nor can naturally elemental classes convert to a different element, an ice witch is forever ice ect.
