Max Level Reward?

Hello! I decided to start playing DN again after transferring my character and I reached level 93. Are the max level rewards no longer being given out (the red wings/tail)? I'm guessing that's the case because I didn't get it, but I just want to check.

The box is only given to newly created characters (not to chronicles tho), which then can be opened once that character reaches lvl93. Welcome back

The red wing/tail/decal set event is no longer being given out
(only characters made at level one during the event still have a chance to get the reward though, i think)

I just tested it, you still get the box on your mail if you create a new character from Lvl1
