  • Endgame/Midgame

What's the length of time it takes from character load to "Endgame Content"
    Does character class matter?
What kinda endgame content is there?
    Are crafting skills useful, midgame/endgame?

Nice ign btw, Super Troopers is a hilarious movie to watch

End game meaning nests excluding the obvious rdn since that is a raid - very first toon with the free lvl 80 200% exp scroll, so you'd need to reach 90 so - 3 days or less if you play a few hours a day, more if you play less.

Class does matter, obviously AOE classes will level up faster due to faster clear times due to their AOE killing mobs quicker than a brawling class can. But most here including me will tell ya, make classes you enjoy playing, pick the stronger classes you enjoy playing first to help bankroll some of the other classes you enjoy playing if you plan on pve'ing.

End game with the current gear available to us is easy aside from IDN 8 man, tkn HC is easy too just tanky. But it's easy for those who prepare/plan well and gear up accordingly, for casuals that just play mostly some of the current end game content is rather enjoyable. More content is coming, IDN 8 man will keep you busy for awhile once you're geared enough for it etc til the hopeful meat of 93 cap comes. There are other nests - ABN/MANT/Daid are 90 nests that aren't difficult once you've done them a couple of times. DDN is a 4 man raid remake of the 60 cap raid - which we refer to as Old DDN, that will take you a possible few weeks to stop dying and/or get smooth clears, it took me a week to get used to the changes but I played Old DDN so I had prior experience. RDN - the 80 cap raid, abyss is easy so use it to practice for HC, HC is not easy but with the available gear you can faceroll/dps through most of it if geared appropriately etc. 93 nests atm is just TKN, other than that IDN is where it's at atm. Do 4 man abyss til you can clear that without dying then move on to 4 man HC, once you can consistently clear that with no deaths then you're ready to join a IDN 8 man team and attempt the full raid version. It's a spongefest, very tanky, almost 400 billion hp worth for 3 bosses :P til we get the nerfed abyss version here soon.

Crafting is a vets best friend

You'll be doing a lot of crafting, crafting for profit from 3rds, crafting some of your own stuff due to it being cheaper etc.

Fishing is dead for the most part, farming is a shadow of its former self and is the place to play Dragon Apple Farm now, cooking is useful if you can reach Legendary rank.

    Cheers
