How to skip chapters.... can't start the latest main quests.

I am a returning player... I wanted to level my character real quick from 90-93. I tried looking for the latest main quest series so that it will make leveling easier... but in the main quest tab I only see Chapter 1... talk to Cynthia (lv.9) and when I went to mana ridge to talk to her, the quest marker wasn't there and she did not have the quest for me to complete.... but it's clearly in my quest tab.

Is this a bug? How do I skip/complete it? (I don't see an option to skip)

I belive there are no save files complete quests for DN in yhe web.
Save N Play has no data on Completed Quests for Dragon Nest

i'm sorry I don't understand quite what you are trying to say... but I think you're trying to say that there's no way to save and play for DN? But... I'm having issues talking to an NPC that the quest is telling me to talk to.

I just want to skip to the latest chapter but I don't know how... x.x
