We are aware of the issue where EYECredit cannot be used for purchasing Awakening Costumes. We are currently looking into this issue and will include a fix in the next update on 27th October.
We understand that the unused coupons would have expired by then, thus we will reimburse affected players with another Awakening Costume coupon after the fix.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused.
