It is, if you don't have a power tumble then a physician can keep you in poison for the entire game with only 1 grenade, skill lasts 10 seconds after landing, CD is ~10 seconds. Short story is you can't stand up without a p-tumble if you get caught.

Cleric is just flat out cancer as they all become DPS, and fairly top DPS at that. The only bearable one is Sader, but that's like saying the only bearable sorc is WM.
