Service Maintenance?

Its October 31st 2017 11:50am here at the Philippines.. Just want to ask was there a service maintenance right now? Coz I can't connect at the
log in screen.. Keeps me disconnecting once the short cinematic was done.. Coz I didn't saw some maintenance notification yesterday..
