The enhancement rate is different for 93 equipment [I think it was 33% for Legend grade 93 equips but am not sure]. Also, the boost isn't additive but is multiplicative (example. 1.30 x 0.33 = 0.429).

i see, but still quite depressing 40k gold only manage to +8...

Don't know if it'll be in the December 12 patch but just bank on the Hit the Gold Goblin Dungeon. You'll get the gold again for the enhancements.

still depends in your luck, i guess. i only got 1 fail from +1 to +12 and that fail is +9 > +10. I also get Hotspring buff before enhancing.
