To answer your questions
1. Yes, all random. You can purchase 95 Jades via the Trading House or in the Nest Point Shop for 1000 Nest Points
2. If what you meant about 95 Loot Jade are Jades dropped in Dungeons and Nests, then yes, there are no lootable/pickable 95 Jades. The only sources for now is in TH or the Nest Point Shop.
3. Yes, 95 Jades cannot be enhanced, however, 95 Jades have a 'upgrading system' by crafting 95 Unique/Legend Jades. For more information about the 'upgrade system' try to visit the Blacksmith under Crafting -> Dragon Jade Tab.
4. +20 Hero Neris can be converted into a +0 Medea, however, it is still a 'future content' for DNSEA. With the December Patch not showing any signs of Equipment Grade Conversion, expect that one for the January Patch.-

The stats are random. You can take a peek at all the possible stat variants/combinations in DNGearSim.
Of course you need specific stat variants depending on your class' needs.Comment

Uhh. It kind of depends in the grade of your Jade. Epic Jades only has 40-ish FD which is kind of too small to matter. L-Grades have like 400+ which is good.
Better see the stat values and stat variants firsr then make an educated comparison to see which is better or you can use a GearSim for that. -
it seems i got no choice but to go with main stats + crit sacrificing my hp T_T hopefully neris to medea will come soon to compensate the huge hp lost or a slayer set if lucky
