As what the title says, it is possible that the massive blackscreen was caused by DDOS on the server using bots and automated programs. My theory on: they are doing these because EYEDENTITY recently banned gold sellers and sudden removal of golds in the dungeons.

Nice theory, actually i have one too and let me explain it .
the massive blackscreen occurred a few day ago and to be precise with the launching of LCE .
LCE = lagendia continent exploration, however most of you dont know it also stands for Loffy conquers everybody.
If you look closely at the dice in LCE, its a 6 angle dice and 6 angle forms a star which represent the devil.
The maximum amount of dice roll is 6 too, and if you notice , there are 6 letters in Dbpaus name therefore 666
