Can't level up miracle relic

Hi, as you can see, I have already satisfied all the necessary conditions to level up miracle relic, so why is it still greyed out?

Check priest tab, it's 116/117. You only add 1 SP on that tree, 3 SP would exceed so yeah you can't level it up.

Yea. you have reached the SP limit for your level.
