CDMG or Matk?

for heraldries, im wondering if 26778cdmg or 1699 matk would be better? or a mix of both? i currently have 597k matk and 84% crit with 276% cdmg.
Then for talismans i assume 1901 stat would win everything? but as a cheaper alternative is 2620 matk or 11912 cdmg third stat better?
Or should i buy 26778 cdmg for all heraldries and buy 2620 matk for the best balance for a lower budget user?

Depends on your gear. If you are not using Calypse and full genesis, matk tends to be better than cdmg due to less gain from patk versus extremely geared users.

In general, int for talis, matk for plates.
