most probably to prevent abuse (especially for future contents, like increasing the drop rate for slayer equip). however, there are some real returning players who benefits here, as this is how they sometimes do slayer nest with stronger players who can do abyss level. idk :/

It's because other players are not real RH players. They made accounts to be RH so they can use it for services.

The best and only reason is because of the abusers, those who intentionally juggle through account just to get RH for whatever purpose.

PS. Why bother about RH if you are an active player. ( If you know what I mean )
