Blocked Account

I was trying to login in Dragon Nest SEA last January 9 2018 but when i try to login it said that "Account is Blocked (1002)"! I don't know what happen because i didn't do anything illegal or violate the rules of the game.
I hope someone can help me how to recover my blocked account without reason. Thanks
