any similar experience in DARK BANQUET?

anyone had a similar experience in DB wherein the chest after clearing the 11th floor is already opened? Thus, not letting us to proceed to the 12th. I'm also posting this on bug report. Will also send a ticket

what a troll bug never had it, mine is on 6th floor where you talk to the bunny and it wont let you proceed
