I am using my brother's account and I made a new warrior character and I can't log it in. I can log in fine with other old characters but not with newly made characters. what is wrong? please help me

We recognize there were intermittent DC issues. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with connecting to a new character. -
then why can't my new character log in? i tried using othe computer units but still cant connect my new character. old characters can log in just fine.Comment

do you think it has something to do with the new character can't connect to the scenario when starting the game for the first time? after choosing a channel it always says "disconnected from server". It never happens with other characters. just the new ones.
i tried creating more new characters but it all ends up the same.Comment
