For both events;
Are these event PER ACCOUNT BASIS or PER CHARACTER BASIS?

For Dark Mist Nest Event:
How many runs do we have to do to be eligible for the rewards?
Are the rewards CUMULATIVE? (Example, Lets say the required run is only 1 to be eligible for the rewards, If I clear 3 runs in the Dark Mist Nest normal will I get 60 pieces of luminous dragon jade fragment?)

Dark Mist Nest Event:
No. You can only get ONCE for each normal and each hardcore.
