what are the enhancement rate for tier1 and tier 2 medea? and if there was an enhancement rate event will it add up?

example:
70% enhance rate w/ 30% enhance rate then will it be a 100% success rate? thanks in advance

To answer your question, check the table below. I believe same rate applies to both tier 1 and 2 (CMIIW).
And the 30% from enhancement rate event is multiplicative, not additive. So 70% with event is only 91%.

0.7 * (1 + 0.3) = 0.91 = 91%

= 0.7 + 0.21
= 0.91 or 91%
