  • Runtime Error on Cherry Account

    I'm planning to join the Tier Event because the Geraint Accessories are just too tempting. So, I rushed to a loading station to buy CC codes, however when I'm about to top up my CC (before converting them to EYET), Runtime error occurs. I was surprised because I just managed to top up last March 2, 2018 with no errors. I messaged the Cherry Credits FB page regarding this matter and they told me that the problem lies on my internet connection. Out of eagerness to top up the codes I just bought, I visited two different gaming cafes and tried to top up but the results were all the same: RUNTIME ERROR. I researched on how to fix the problem eg. Clearing Cache and History, but nothing is improving, still RUNTIME ERROR. I also made a ticket at cherry gardener but no resolution up to now. I pmed Mantou and Tasha regarding this issue already. I really wanted to participate on the Tier Event. I've got the resources ready already, it's just my Cherry account which is experiencing this Runtime error. I really hope that it'll get fix before March 10 or else RIP Geraint Accessories. HELP!

    Have you try with different browser like firefox or chrome or try on your phone instead of PC.

      Pisc Yes, tried Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox already. I also tried using my phone but the results were all the same: Runtime Error.

        try using non-incognito mode. who knows it might work

        newfound143 Oh yes! You can link with other Cherry account when converting CC to EYET?

      on the process of adding EYET.
      TOP UP on a cc Account that doesnt get the error.
      its not binded anyway
      when u press the [+input] Sign under EYET
      Pick the Denomination of the Top up
      and LOG IN The Usable CC Account where u top up
      Be sure to know that PIN of the account that u toped up and the login details
      ED will count on you Charging Off cc to your ED account
