    Disconnected from server

    So I've played this game for about 26hrs. and I couldn't play it without using Kill ping coz of this disconnected bullsh*t(sorry but it really really pisses me off). I always gets DC every time I enter field maps, I already tried restarting my router and yeah it works but this problem keeps on coming back again and again. I've search solutions for this problem but it seems like players have been suffering from this problem for years and no one really made a permanent fix.. so please please please don't ignore this problem it's been years guys come on..

    Playing from Malaysia and never have any disconnect problem whatsoever.
    More information would be great.

      What bruh? Srsly? I'm pretty sure that they're fully aware of this problem as I've said this problem been here for years, try to google "disconnected from the server DN" you'll see 2014,2015,2016,2017 topics about this. Isn't that enough information for them to fix this problem?

        Like I said, I don't experience it at all so I won't know.
        Probably majority don't as well, if you're one of those in the minority then it would help to provide more info, those 2014,2015,2016 topics might not have the problem anymore, who knows.

          As I've said above I KEEP DISCONNECTING WHEN I ENTER FIELD MAPS AND THE ONLY THING THAT SOLVES THAT PROBLEM IS WHEN I USE KILL PING. then the problem is pretty obvious it has something to do with my IP address(Philippine's ISP).

            Then what's the point of ranting here...
            You claim it has something to do with your ISP, complain at them or just continue using killping.
            And I'm pretty sure alot others from PH doesn't face this problem either, change ISP maybe?
            You didn't state yours so others can't help you choose which is suitable for the game.
            That's why information is very valuable here.
            The thread won't be this frustrating if you state where you play from and your ISP in the first place and others from PH can reply with their suggestions.

              (Sorry for my bad English)

              This thing also happens to me.
              When I enter a field/dungeon/farm/GTS I get DC even though I have a stable connection, btw I am a PLDT user.

              Anyone know how to fix this? please help.

              to EYED Please fix! I love the game and don't want to quit just because of this.

                Nimmienaticz Hotspot Shield is working. Im not getting any DC problems anymore but im scared to use it on my main account cause It might cause ban haha. Thanks btw mate I try to open new topic for this. Thank you and God bless ^^

                Using VPN is fine.
                It's a safe way to get around the internet and i doubt ED would even flag it as third a party software
                Also, been month since this error started and there's still no fix for it except either changing ISP or using VPN
