Bleed Phantom Rewards

I don't actually know where I should put this so I've also been searching answers first in forums before making this new post.
Two questions:
1st is the Bleed Phantom rewards per character or per account basis?

and

2nd I've maxed my BP already when will the reward be awarded?

1. DNP reward will always be account-bound, regardless of which character in the account that you receive the DNP coupon. Once you use that DNP coupon, it will be credited directly to your account. At least that what usually it is before.
2. Although it was not mentioned in description text in the March calendar page (https://sea.dragonnest.com/news/notice/all/107), but you can see the reward date of Bleed Phantom on the calendar image itself which is 23rd March 2018.
