do wen need to have 3 character in one accout each character buy 10 box to get all the reward ?

Haa? It is understood to have all 3 tiers by 1 character who bought 10 boxes if tier3 is reached. even if you only have 1 character in ur account.

if REACH ALL TIER 1, 2 , 3 AND SO ON,

all you your 10 character will receive the reward on the reward date.
