Regarding the Flavor Txt in this item It said it affects party but we tried using it in GTS it didnt Heal and didnt buff the other players Mantou Tasha

heal only shows if your damaged it wont show if your HP is full..(tested)

im pointing out on the "Party Heal and Buff" if u use the skill raid/pt members should be healed and buff also
