How to get Revive Scrolls?

I have seen someone who got over 3k revive scrolls. how he got so many scrolls? someone said you can get scrolls buy getting liked by other peoples. is it true?

3k?! That dude probably hoarded since ancient times. Cc used to give a lot of resu scrolls back in the day but i dont think it would add up to that much, events, and top uping is probably involved; and I have never heard of getting scrolls thru like. All can get is title and name color changes (afaik)

Was able to get around 200 resu scrolls from that board game event where they would give 50 resu scrolls if the dice landed on the resu slot.
also, there should already be 100+ resu scrolls level up boxes. CMIIW
And then, there's returned hero benefits which gives 24 resu per month lol until they removed it?
I am guessing the guy had been on rh since it started.
