Possible to recover weapon destroyed by enhancement?

I thought I had enough jellies but at the last second i realised I was 5 short... too late. Enhance failed lost my +19 Tier 2 Hero's Medea Dagger. Do you guys think ED will recover the item if I send in a support ticket or something? If not probably going to quit... so sad.

I've sent an email now, was just wondering if there were any past cases where they did restore items in cases like this or if they have never done it before.

Based on experience, I broke a calypse gauntlet and they didn't even bother resolve the ticket for more than a month. I closed the tix instead because for the time they didn't reply to my ticket I already crafted a new weapon, heck even better enhancement already.

They implemented that jelly reminder so yea, most likely will just write off as user error.
Doesn't hurt to try anyway.

What I meant was when you're enhancing and you lack jellies for the next enhancement, a window will pop out reminding you that you don't have enough.

C'mon! If you're not the type of player who's play to win then atleast play harder, it's the only way you can recover your broken weapon.

Agreed to this. My friend had his L Green Dragon Sword destroyed coz he forgot to use jellies, he filed a tix and got his sword back within a week. The thing now is, that happened around 50-60 cap and game was handled by C.C, I'm not sure if its the same with E.D now.

nows day i don't think so, to roll back a data means u have to roll back time , unlike when CC got the game , they have different game data sever , now ED only had 1 drop down sever to control all game database.
if 99% of the people agree to roll back the game database according to time , maybe yes , you can get back your item.
for me is a nope...roll back time means roll back the gold i have earn.
and some more they already put a warning to let you know you out off jellys , and you still break your item

Thank you to everyone who wrote something helpful or actually related to my question.

To those who are saying they would send a ticket just to save some jellies or whatever, you are exactly the type of person who makes devs not want to do these kinds of things in the future. Don't abuse someone's kindness or (potential) favour.

I know this is 100% my fault and I understand if they don't do it, I'm just trying to appeal to ED as my main just lost its primary weapon, making several months of grinding just disappear.

you could participate in their surprise event , for only 5000 ET u can get at least +20 medea tier1(hopefully) that's already half way to what you lost. but u can get them on april 16.
