Yes. Dark Banquet is a limited time event (1 month only).
If you look at your Entry Count window, the entry limit for DB is now gone (used to be in Special Stage together with Deep Abyss (Nightmare 1).

Dark banquet is a comp on instance/dungeon/map
Gears in there does not matter
You can even go inside naked
