Hotspot Shield is Working, No more DC

Anyone know if using Hotspot Shield can cause ban?
It solved my DC problems, but I don't know if it can cause ban to account.

VPN programs are not considered as 'auto', 'macro' and/or 'cheat utility' programs, since all they do is alter your IP address with no modification to the game whatsoever. Thus, you're not violating any DN policy and won't get banned from using VPN (though it may give you some problem with the local authority since VPN allows you to bypass internet censorship).

ED could try to ban these VPN users (including me), but it will only cause a large number of players to quit since that was their only option to play the game, thanks to the 'portal disconnection' issue.
