is it safe to send a copy of my xigncode to another person's pc? will i be at stake of being hacked since this feature collects data from my own device? im thinking if i transfer (since he claims he was having issues with his own xigncode and ask if he can copy mine) it to him he might be able to hack me TIA

Just don't send the "xingcode.log" file over. It's where xingcode stashes your things.
