Returning player but account blocked?!

So, here's the story.

I was playing DNSEA for just a couple of months or so before but because of the upcoming senior year of school then, I decided to stop playing for a while.

Now that I have finished the semester, I figured I want to play again. Imagine my surprise to learn I am blocked. I didn't even get an e-mail explaining why I was blocked.

GM please I want my old account back :'( anyways, if this is the wrong thread to post this then I'm sorry because I can't find the right thread XD . I'll post some screenshots later because I'm on my phone right now.
