Hi i just want to clarify, if i manage to complete the event requirement for machina, can i claim it with my other characters on special storage? Thanks

OPTION #1:
Wait for the patch day.
Make a Machina.
Get Lv. 95.
Finish Awakening Quest.
Wait for Rewards date.
And you will see what you are looking for.
OPTION #2:
Buy / Make a Time Machine.
Go future.
Ask forums or do the event.
Go back to present day.
And you will see what you are looking for.
Everyone here right now doesn't know.

In a PER CHARACTER BASIS event, the mail will be sent only to the characters who have fulfilled the event condition (in this case the Machina who got awakened).
The mail is character bound (it has the name of the recipient). Your Machina will receive the mail but your other characters will not.
