Achievement Box Missing Help

how can i get my achievement box its not in my inventory im a returnee player my acc was from 50 cap i think or older

Try checking your cash inventory under misc

It happened to 1 of my subs too when I returned to play the game. Simply submit a ticket and patiently wait for their reply. They'll get that box to you as they did to mine.

do you remember what level of that box they gave you? starting from lvl 1?

It will start from where you actually left/lost it Don't worry they have a record for sure.
