When available SPIN-OFF?

When does spin-off character will be available again? I want to make one but I don't know what to choose. What spin-off character is fun both PVE and PVP? Do good in nests?

In my preferences, aside for Ray Mechanic, I prefer Black Mara but it isn't enjoyable for beginners.

Coneri I'm not a fan of Silver Hunter, but I can say its fun floating in the air esp on PVE. SH is also OP in PvP btw

Maximizing DPS is Black Mara's advantage among spin-off classes.
She got a margin with other sorcs.
She can go par flurry in terms in dps-ing & skill utilization.
Competitive classes like Mara is exceptionally good on raids & nests.
