Physical or Elemental Jades?

I've been wondering on what's the difference between a normal attack jade (Physical / Magical ATK) and an Elemental Attack Jade (dark, ice etc) does the elemental jade do more damage to bosses and mobs alike or it just simply adds an element to your attack?

You should read guidelines section before creating a thread like this, and there is a long discussion about Elemental Conversion Jade (ECJ) by nvLITE. your questions must be answered there.

Attack Jade increases your ATK while Elemental Attack Jade increases your ELE ATK. Was it not obvious enough?

There's nvLite's guide to Elemental Conversion Jade (for non-elemental class) and Xenocho's guide to Damage Calculation (which also explains how elemental attack works) in the Guideline section. Do yourself a favor by putting some more effort.
