Unable to go in to the game.

Hey guys, when i opened the DN Launcher it did came out. But when i pressed the "START" button, nothing happens after that. The launcher just disappear and nothing happens. My Log is only 2 sentence short, it goes like " '22:11:18' DragonNest Start '22:11:18' Service Setup PreInitialize Start" and thats it. How to fix this? Please give me a solution.

What are your specs? also check all your drivers and Visual C++ are up to date.
