locking my account

can I lock my account?? someone is using it and he is playing in game... I cannot retrieve "change password" because it says verification failed?????

Try 1:1 Inquire with ED asap. I highly dont u can "lock" ur acc, u should be really careful with who u are giving ur acc info to.
Did u try retrieving ur acc with ur email?
