Reaching the Chronicle LvL 95 character dont have +20 medea package

I did my best effort to reach the level 95 in just a couple of days just to received the +20 medea package as stated on the June event. but sadly, I didn't receive the package after reaching the 95 lvl within the event. Actually, this is not my first time, the other chronicle that i have having a same problem?

Well ... You just did not do things right or they trolled you, because when you create a chronicle character, they immediately give you those rewards. Either you can reach lv 95 or not

maybe you didn't create a chronicle char and instead made a normal one? because as the guy said on top, you receive the medea in the memory dimension thing.

Chronicle characters start with a quest, they receive the medea package on lvl 10 and after they finished the quest they will instantly lvl to 80
so based on your post you didn't really made a chronicle character lol but instead a normal character

Actually there was a box saying at lvl 60 above the box can be open..but i dint recognice it..the problem there is, i did not open the box until i reach the lvl 95. When i tried to i recieved a epic package only.. so i was thingking if i should open the box on the minimum req. Ex. The package can be open at lvl 60 then i need to open it. Until i reach 95

you need to clear about the difference of 'chronicle' and 'spin-off' characters.
maybe you got misunderstanding about it. same with me.
I did level up my Bleed Phantom from level 1 until level 95. I only receive level 60 and level 95 package.

Actually chronicle character will not receive level 60 or 95 package. they will receive imcomplete medea package.
You need to click the create chronicle button then select any character, either spin-off or any character are possible.
Then you will not require to level up your character as normal way, but you will jump to level 80.

Emergerd silver hunter is a spin-off class. ANY class can be a chronicle character also try to re-read what i said "chronicle characters starts with a special quest, receives their medea package early on and after the quest is done instantly lvls to 80" so if you started from lvl 1 and you are in prairie town or any other town that means that is not a chronicle character also there is a button to create a chronicle char you probably haven't read that
