Random Disconnections

I am randomly dissconnected. During character select. When I got into the game, during tutorial, I got DCed again. I have urned off the firewall and anti virus. Even made it to windows 7 compatibility.
Any help?

Have you tried checking your ping if its stable? Do you experience this solely on DN? Please be more specific, this could very well be not an issue with DN at all.

Yes. My ping is stable. I am experiencing this only in DN.
but my brother plays DN with no disconnections. We share the same net connection.
Here is my laptop specs.

Intel Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71GHz
4.00GB Ram
Windows 10
I have tried lowering the graphics, changing from window mode to full screen and vice versa. Still the problem persists.

So none of them works. I've tried every solution but to no avail. I have good internet. and my peedtest says my net is fine.
Any help?
