My account has been blocked for almost two weeks now which does not makes any sense. I have not done anything wrong, didn't even went online for like one week before noticing it was blocked. I submitted a ticket regarding this issue and got a reply stating that I should resume the ticket with cherry credits which again does not make any sense. I am really upset as I hoped that the issue was settled quickly so I can create a Chronicle Character. But no, the chronicle event is already over now. Please settle this issue quickly.
