ED no action for pending ticket

It's been 4months since i got banned. CC said that they will need to wipe my account to return it to me and I accepted it but they've said that ED has no response yet to proceed this action. Is there any staff here to follow up my concern. Please help..

You may as well create a new account and start over from the beginning. Why wait 4 months for an account with wiped inventory? 4 months is enough time to level up 20+ new characters for free CBN loots.

And I highly doubt any ED officials will ever respond to you anymore. They're too busy raking as much as they can from game remaining lifespan, they don't even bother to consider our suggestion to try to save it (If there's any GM/Moderator/Staff reading this, by all means, do try to prove me wrong).
