How to delete dwc character

i need to delete my DWC CHARACTER because i bought from cash shop a "CHARACTER CHANGE NAME CARD" but its not working because the DWC character i have is having the same name of MY character ... HELP ME ABOUT THIS.... also its said that its not DWC SEASON even after i type "Character delete" nothing happened it just keep on repeating a message now is not DWC PERIOD or season if i remember

You can't change name until DWC gets reset or changed. No one can currently make or delete DWC character right now at the moment.
