To be honest, I agree that was TRUE...If DN Admin really did this, then why from the early the game was release name it Dragon Nest "SEA" ? ( Dont care from if the name was from Cherry Credits and now to Eyedentity )

Im from Europe and I play DN SEA since cap 50! What are you guys thinking?! All the money I spent, all the hours I've been playing, all the effort I gave to this game. What is going to happen to all of this?! Just waste?! This is not about hours, days, weeks... ITS ABOUT YEARS! Years of DEDICATION! And if you do this, you'll take all of this away from me! I levelled 39 characters to the max cap...

I have played SEA from OBT till 70(when the heavy lag for EU players started to be more visible).It was the era that private servers popping up like mushrooms and CC updated servers and security.After that,i started playing EU,but always coming back to SEA to find friends.I dont know what to feel,sad or mad.Sad cause ill lose my very first char and mad cause ED throws shit at my face.Im not gonna talk about taking legal action,even though i have spend quite a good amount of euro for this game,but ill give an idea to the people that know some more stuff about law than me:If you gonna move legally,involve CC.I mean,since old players have spend money with that publisher as well,arent they supposed to be partially responsible as well that ED now as well people and take that actio?Also,for the people that would try to justify ED actions,or even if the ED themselves will,you guys got the anwer already:When SEA launched,there were NO EU server,as well as NA had Ip block from the start(so that was clear for ppl FROM THE START).So when you 'advertise your merchant' and back then they didnt care for regions(check the whole hype and 1m likes from .450 mark) and now suddendly doing this?Im sure that even without involving money,its illegal(somehow).On EU we already started talking if this action comes hand-by-hand with CC to try to raise population of EU server,or that CC will lose EU as well soon and ED is prepaing the ground to makeppl outside SEA region to play to that server(CC is absent for months on EU,bugs,glitches,no ticket replies,no rewards of events given etc etc).

Exactly, this is a very dumb move from a business standpoint. Forget about "doing whats right". This will mean a huge loss in profit for the server. All in all, it's about 30% of the population that produces practically all the profit for the server, out of that 30% over a third plays from outside the region. They are forsaking over a third of their profit.

I can imagine they'll take desperate measures to make up for the decline in income. Like holding gacha event every month with legend green dragon acces as a reward to milk their remaining players and attract new ones.
well who knows, I wont care by then. I'll prolly quit along with those directly affected with the IP ban. Not worth it to invest on a dead game

7 Years playing this game, finally got a job and started to spend some money in the game because i really love to play DN and then i wake up this morning just to see this....? WTF..... you guys will loose a big percent of players and money... think well what you´re doing before it´s too late.

Last night I opened my six-year old GW2 account with 1 Level 12 character.

This news is so coincidental. I reside in the middle east and if this purported restriction is enforced according to what is stated, then...oh well...

I do hope however that a statement would come out soon from Tasha to the tune of..."Players in counties where there is no DN server such as UAE, Qatar, Brazil, Mexico, etc can still play in the DN SEA server".
