CONQUER THE FISSION MAZE reward

I've been doin FM from the begining of event, but i only received 9k lebrium point. i need to know why cant i get all my reward?
is it only me or same goes to everybody in game since i saw so many people rage on worldchat...

edited: add screenshot folder that i've clear it before event ended.

Me and my friends did the event only 1 received the full 15k reward while the other 2 only received 3k lebrium. Ed failed so bad

Really dissapointed with ED handling rewards, with all the delays still messed up. I did more than 20runs (required only 10runs) and here i am didnt recieve even a single reward from the event XD.

i also..have a same problem..conquer fission maze reward..run above 10 run but only got 20 lapis and 9k laberium only -_-

Same here, did more than 10 runs on my main character, I'm sure its even more than 20 runs but didnt receive a single reward. Tried 1:1 Inquiry which is the possible solution but also cannot, system message says: "Submission Failed. Please contact administrator". Oh well, there goes my 15k Leb pts and 60 lapis. Advanced Happy New Year!
